18 Christmas'

Valerie and I are in the Bay Area for Christmas, or should I say the Holidays, or even less offensive the winter celebration. Going form house to house seeing all of our family, eating, exchanging gifts, eating, visiting, eating... well you see the pattern. 

My Dad and I went out to the trap range (a shooting range for shotguns, where bread plate sized orange colored "clays" are shot into the air and you try to blast them to pieces. Sooo much fun) to beak in my new shotgun and to train Reily, the resident "Bird Dog." Reily was not fazed by the loud shotgun blast nor were the old timers at the range by our inexperience in the are to shooting. 

Got to love a state where you can have and shoot guns with out being seen as some kinda of right wing fanatic, or as Obama would say "clinging to their guns and religion."  Pictures are of my Dad shooting trap with a 12 gauge, my brother shooting a Ar-15, and me shooting 9mm. This was the night before Tim's wedding, so we got to do some manly activities before the he got married.
